What are some good areas to live around Johns Hopkins University?
Anywhere in direct proximity of the campus (on University Parkway, North Charles, or St. Paul) is fairly safe. Most students I know live either directly north of campus, east, slightly southeast. Row houses sometimes get broken and aren't usually in the best spots to be in at night, so if safety is a priority, I would avoid.
